Annette Groves serves as the President of Annette Groves Ministries (AGM). She preached her first sermon at the age of seventeen, more than thirty years ago. Over time, life experiences—including seasons of challenge, transition, growth, and restoration—have shaped both her faith and her leadership, deepening her understanding of people, purpose, and stewardship.
Throughout her journey, Annette has been involved in church planting and the development of ministry hubs across multiple regions. Her work has consistently focused on strengthening leaders, supporting those who serve, and creating environments where people can grow, heal, and lead with clarity and integrity.
Alongside her ministry work, Annette brings extensive experience in organizational leadership and strategy. As a certified agilist, she uses iterative, people-centered approaches to help individuals and teams move vision into action, adapt through complexity, and build sustainable structures that support long-term impact. Annette is also an author, focusing on ministry leadership and personal growth.
In 2025, Annette formally established Annette Groves Ministries (AGM), a ministry devoted to restoring and strengthening those called to influence. Through healing, deliverance, discipleship, and leadership development, AGM equips individuals to walk whole, lead wisely, and steward their influence for God’s glory.
As a spiritual midwife, Annette helps people bring forth what God has placed within them, supporting them through seasons of preparation, growth, and transition as they step into their calling.
Annette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity. She resides in Georgia with her daughter, Sydni, and remains committed to helping others grow, serve, and step confidently into the work God has entrusted to them.
